Meet Chef Sean Eckelman

After eight years in finance and operations desk jobs, I realized that life is too short not to follow your dreams. My passion for food and desire to work with my hands led me to leave the corporate world and pursue a career where I could bring joy to others through cooking.

Recognizing that being a “pretty-good” home cook wasn’t enough to meet my aspirations, I took a bold step and enrolled in culinary school. Understanding the importance of classical French techniques in modern cuisine, I pursued training at the esteemed Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Immersing myself in their intensive Cuisine and Pastry programs, I earned my Grand Diplôme and gained a deep appreciation for the craft and artistry of cooking.

After honing my skills in the fast-paced environment of a restaurant kitchen, I realized my true calling: creating personalized dining experiences where I could connect directly with clients. As a private chef, I combine my technical training with a passion for service to help clients eat better, save time, and enjoy meals that are both healthful and indulgent.
